Just a Few Reminders:

• Tuesday-  We will be going to confession.
• Wednesday is our field trip to Mystic Aquarium. We will be leaving promptly at 8:30. Please make sure your child wears their gym uniform and brings a brown bag lunch that can be thrown away.
• Friday- We will be going to mass.
•  Due to cold and allergies we are running low on disenfecting wipes. If you could donate some it would be extremely helpful.
• Many students do not have pencils or red pens. Please check with your child to see if they have the proper materials for class each day!

Students should have a good book at their desk to read when the finish an assignement. All third graders are required to read 25 books by the end of the year. Thank you!

Math- This week we begin Geometry. We will begin talking about lines, segments, rays, intersecting parallel lines. Reading- This week we will continue to read,  "The Mouse and Motorcycle", by Beverly Cleary. There will be a quiz on Friday on Chapters 6-9.

Language Arts- This week we will continue Pronouns.

SS- We will be working on different holidays.

Science- This week we will continue planets and our Solar System. The third grade intergalactic Travel Brochures are due on Thursday!!!

 Religion-  We will be having a test on Chapter 15, the Sacraments on Friday.

Spelling- There will not be a spelling test this week.
