WEDNESDAY - The Lord's Prayer is due today for a test grade in religion. THURSDAY - No mass today. Signed report cards due today! Grammar, reading, and spelling tests
FRIDAY - Good Friday No school today!
PLEASE READ. . . Morning Announcements Our class is responsible for morning annoucements this week. Five students will read each morning. The pages went home on Friday. Please make sure that your child practices his/her part BEFORE the morning that he/she is assigned - The whole school will be listening! Also, the children will need to be in the classroom BEFORE 7:50 on the morning that they are assigned to read. Any student not in the classroom when the readers are called for, will be replaced. There is no wiggle room on this!
Report Cards are ready! Please print and sign your child's report card for the third quarter (Q3), and send it to school by Thursday! If your child has a D or F for the third quarter in reading, math, grammar, or spelling, we will need to schedule a conference.
Spring Book Fair returns in April A flyer, with some of the books that will be on sale, was sent home last week. This is also a great time to get some service hours!
Field Trip Additional Information... ...Chaperones should include payment for their admission ($16.00) and lunch order ($8) with their child's. ...Chaperones must have completed the Virtus Safe Environment class. ...Parent drivers must have completed Virtus and have the required insurance on file with Ms. Shannon, or you may choose to drive only your child.
Pizza Pizza coupons This is the LAST WEEK for your child to earn this prize! Every child that takes 4 AR tests and scores an 80 or higher will earn one coupon. Children that score 100 on 8 (eight) AR tests will receive 2(two) coupons!
The season of Lent. We focus on strengthening our relationship with God through almsgiving, fasting, and prayer. Catholics also abstain from eating meat every Friday during Lent. Please keep this in mind when packing your child's lunch.
