Dear 2nd-6th Grade Parents,

Please be aware that Mrs. Allen will NOT be able to collect money from your child for a chorus event or for a classroom instrument on Fridays or after school.

Unfortunately, Mrs. Allen will NOT be able to collect any money from your child for a 4th grade recorder flute, a chorus t-shirt, a chorus field trip, or a chorus CD on any Friday, including any day after school. There are strict policies in place that all teachers and county personnel are required to follow concerning the collections of monies for school events.

If you send money to school with your child, or if you bring money to school on a Friday or any day after school hours (7:25am-2:55pm), your money will NOT be accepted. It will either be returned with your child or you will be asked to send it in or bring money for your child’s music materials on another day (Monday-Thursday—7:25am-2:55pm).

Mrs. Allen has a full schedule of classes from 8:45am-2:42pm in the afternoon, and she does not have time to collect money and turn it into the office on Fridays. Mrs. Allen is also not allowed to collect monies from students or parents after school hours (7:25am-2:55pm).
