Congatulations to all of the "partying students" and parent helpers at our dance last Friday.  I enjoyed "spinning the hits" and helping the students have a fun and safe event.

Congratulations to all the band members and parent volunteers for trips to Washington D.C., Carowinds, and Wingate.

I am looking forward to being a part of the All-District Band Clinic in Hickory next weekend.  I am very proud of our stiudent who was selected.  I am also very excited about our school talent show.  Many very good candidates for MC auditioned on Friday and I am looking forward to seeing/hearing the talent auditions on Thursday, January 26.

I am looking forward to meeting with all Knox students as they return to classes for a great 2012.  I am particularly excited about working on this year's talent show and the music for the band trips to Wingate, Carowinds, and Washington D.C.  Best of luck and work to students trying to meet the standard for this year's band honor society.  Do your best!

Congratulations to the members of the Knox band who performed at the Dec. 20 Grinch Concert.  The Grinch was in "high form" and the performances were memorable.
