NEW GRADING PROCEDURES

Please check your PVLearners account for an important email regarding new grading procedures.  Remember:  zeros are being added to your fourth quarter grade as a tool for COMMUNICATION.  It tells both you and your parents that you are may not be successfully preparing yourself for the next level of French, if you are going on.  I have your third and fourth quarter grades on separate screens.  I know that your grades are automatically combined on your screen, but they are not on mine, so I have your third quarter grades.  If your combined third and fourth quarter grades is lower than your third quarter grade, you will receive your third quarter grade as your semester grade.  Whether you are happy with your third quarter grade or not, you ARE responsible for knowing the material that is being presented during the fourth quarter.  If you are having problems with the material, please email me, so I can help you!  i want you to be successful next year!

Bonjour! Poisson d'avril! As you know, today is April Fool's Day, but in France, it is Poisson d'avril (April Fish). The idea is to try to get a little paper fish on the backs of your friends and family without them knowing. This is much harder than it seems in France because everyone is watching for it. Sounds like a fun quarantine activity. Can you get any paper fish on your family's backs? :)

Make-ups for third quarter

Attention all students, if you have a test or quiz that you need to makeup for third quarter, you will have to come after school on Tuesday, March 24.  I have meetings after school on Monday and Wednesday, and meetings before school on Tuesday and Wednesday, so Tuesday after school is the only time possible.  Please plan ahead!  :)
