In order to maintain accurate records as well as appropriate scores for your work, please use the new reporting form to document any challenges or difficulties you may encounter. Look under "files" on any of my web pages, print the reporting form, fill it out describing the problem you encountered, obtain a parent signature and turn it in to me. I will be maintaining a file system for all papers submitted. Thank you for your help!
