We have a quiz Friday on the ER verbs.
Which are you feeling less comfortable with?
Correr? Leer? Poseer? Depender? Saber? Conocer? Hacer? Querer? Tener?
Use your grid sheet to practice. Try to replicate the practice game from class on your own. Review the 7 sentences you did last night for homework to see if they are in need of editing.

Tonight, please begin preparing for the ER verb quiz now scheduled for Friday 1/10. You will receive a master list today in class. Translate each verb on the grid sheet and decide which verbs you have mastered, as well as which verbs you need to focus on studying. There are quite a few verbs, but by practicing gradually this week, you will be bien preparado/a.
Extra credit about the Hispanic holiday traditions will be accepted until tomorrow.

consider the extra credit opportunities.
Can you research a tradition in a Hispanic country unique to Christmas or New Years? How do they celebrate each holiday in the 20 Spanish speaking countries that you are aware of? You have the option to write a paragraph in English (in your own words) explaining what interesting customs they have for celebrating!
