***PLEASE NOTE***
For those who are still confused about the assignment due this Friday, the official Science Fair Journal for Prince George's County is posted on my links. Also:

Your MATERIALS list is all of the items you will need in order to conduct your
experiment. As you develop your procedure, you may need to add to your materials list.
Remember to be specific, give exact amounts and sizes and try to use METRIC measurements.

When identifying your VARIABLES, think:
Independent Variable - what have I changed on purpose
Dependent Variable – what do I think/hope will change during my investigation
Controlled Variables – what have I kept the same

Your PROCEDURES are a detailed step-by-step set of directions of how you are to
conduct the experiment. Attention to details are very important for your PROCEDURES. Be sure to LIST exact amounts of materials, time, etc. It
is important that anyone be able to follow your steps and repeat your
experiment exactly as you did have. You MUST have at least 3 repeated
trials and clearly identify what you are keeping the same and what you
are changing (VARIABLES) to ensure a well-designed investigation.

****ALL OF THE AFOREMENTIONED HAS BEEN PRESENTED IN CLASS ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS AND IS DRAWN DIRECTLY FROM THE OFFICIAL PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY SCIENCE FAIR JOURNAL PROVIDED IN THE LINKS TAB.****

My sincerest apologizes for the tardiness of this message, but I do hope this alleviates some stress and helps both parents and students may resolve matters for the Science Fair Project.
