Come and support our school. It is our annual Spring Barnes and Noble Fair. Summer reading lists for all grades will be available. Its great to help raise money while purchasing all your summer books. The schedule will be:
June 10th - performance by Schola
June 11th - Teacher readings from 2:30 - 4 pm
You must show the flyer for St. John's to get credit.

On June 11th there will be a Blaze Pizza Night in Clark NJ. Take your family for dinner while supporting our school. You must show the flyer for St. John's to get credit.

St John the Apostle Annual Gift Auction!

Dear Parents,
You are cordially invited to attend our “Luau” Gift Auction on Friday April 13, 2018 at 6:30pm.  
Tickets will be on  sale  to  St.  John  the  Apostle  families  beginning  today  until  Thursday,
March  15,  2018.   Entrance  tickets are  $20.00 (entrance fee includes one sheet of prize
tickets, refreshments and a chance to win one of many door prizes).   Get your orders in early as
this is a SELL OUT event!   FIRST COME FIRST SERVE!!!   This year again  there  will  be  reserved 
seating  only;  please  be  certain  to  get  your  tickets  prior  to  the  March  15th deadline,
before the sales open to the general public.
If  you’re  not  familiar with  what  happens  at  a  Gift  Auction,  there  is  a  variety  of 
prizes  displayed  on  tables throughout our gym.  Prizes range in value from $25.00 to more than
$1,000.00.  Guests are able to purchase prize tickets for a chance to “bid” on and potentially win
our wonderful  gift baskets and prizes throughout the night.   It’s a fun and exciting evening
where you have the chance to meet other parents from the school and relax with friends and family.
HOW TO GET TICKETS
•     Fill out the order form on the back of this sheet and return it to the school office with a
check made payable to SJA-PFG  by  Thursday,  March  15th   for  your  guaranteed seating.   Please
 mark the  envelope  “GIFT  AUCTION TICKET CHAIR”.  Your ticket purchase will be sent home through
school.
•     Prize tickets used to “bid” on table prizes will be sold prior to the event as a packet (a
separate form for this discounted ticket offer will be forthcoming).  Tickets will also be
available for purchase the night of the event (cash only).
•     All  seats for this event will be reserved.  We  are  happy to reserve  tables  of 10 or 18
for you and your guests
(these  tables  are  limited so please  order quickly).   For parties  of less  than 10, you will
be  seated with other smaller groups to complete  a table.  To make  your night most enjoyable, we
recommend that you coordinate your  ticket  purchases  accordingly  prior  to  filling  out  the 
form.   Reservations  will  only  be  made  provided payment for all seats has been received.
•     Doors will open promptly at 6:30 pm and we will start calling the first prize table at 8:00
pm.  Please be aware,
that  in  compliance  with  NJ  State  gaming  laws,  only  guests  18  or  older  are  permitted 
to  participate.    We appreciate your understanding with this matter.
