I love teaching and preparing lessons! You will receive many updates about our upcoming lessons this weekend as I prepare them. Check back here often. Also, I have put up some pictures of our classroom and will add more during the week. I will add links to websites that your children can use at home. Hi everyone!

It's been very busy at school the last few days but I wanted to give an update. I have just signed everyone up for Prodigy math and Mobymax. We will be starting in our math groups next week. In ELA, we are working on the summer reading novel, Anything But Typical.

Please email with any questions!

Hi everyone!

The classroom is almost done and I am super excited! I hope you have been enjoying the summer reading novel, Anything but Typical. I have lots to ask you all about Jason and his adventures.

We are in the one week count-down to school! I hope you are as excited as I am!

For now...happy summer!

Welcome letters will be sent out by the end of this week. I am busy planning the curriculum for our classes and important information will be posted here soon. Our first major novel will be the school-wide summer reading novel, Anything but typical. I will check in with the students to make sure that everyone has access to a copy before we dive into the lessons. No worries.

Hope your summer is going well.

A little about me: I was born and raised on Long Island, New York. In 1995, I earned my Master's degree in Special Education from Dowling College in Oakdale, New York. My first five years of teaching were in a self-contained special education classroom in the Bay Shore School District. In March of 2000, my husband and I moved to North Brookfield, MA where we are raising our family.

More to come....
