This week we are participating in PTA Bring Family to School Week. Below are the activities at Reese Road - we hope you can join us for some of the activities. 

 Monday, 2-12-18 * Parent Meet & Greet – Parents are invited to meet
with our Academic Coach, Mrs. Harris-Smith, from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00
a.m. to review parenting resources and GMAS Testing Taking Tips.
 Tuesday, 2-13-18 * RRLA Parent Academy – 5th Grade parents are invited
to attend at 9:00 a.m. and 4th Grade parents are invited to attend at 1:00 p.m.
Our students will present information on each of the 7 Habits through skits,
projects, and songs. Following the session, parents are invited to tour the
school, visit classrooms and hallways.
 Wednesday, 2-14-18 * RRLA Parent Academy – 3rd Grade parents are
invited to attend at 9:00 a.m. and 2nd Grade parents are invited to attend at
1:00 p.m. Our students will present information on each of the 7 Habits
through skits, projects, and songs. Following the session, parents are invited
to tour the school, visit classrooms and hallways.
 Thursday, 2-15-18 * RRLA Parent Academy – Kindergarten parents are
invited to attend at 9:00 a.m. and 1st Grade parents are invited to attend at
1:00 p.m. Our students will present information on each of the 7 Habits
through skits, projects, and songs. Following the session, parents are invited
to tour the school, visit classrooms and hallways.
 Friday, 2-16-18 * Title I Drive Thru Parent Breakfast Day - Parents will
receive breakfast when dropping off students to school from 7:15 a.m. to
8:00 a.m. Parents will also receive test taking tips, in addition to reading and
math strategies.

We are getting geared up for Relay for Life 2018 and would love to have you join us for the walk. If you want more information let me know. We will be having activities, fundraisers, and lots of team work. Our first fundraiser is going on now. If you would like to put a sun or foot in honor of, or in memory of someone you know who battled or is battling cancer, check in the front office or let me know. There will be more news coming up in the near future.
