This year we are keeping Interactive Science Notebooks.  Feel free to check out your student's notebook.  This will become their own personalized science book throughout the year.

Also, seventh grade students were given information about science current events this year on Friday.  Their first current event will be due Friday, August 24th.  Students have been given a template to use to write their current event.  This must be something they have READ not watched.  I have science journals in the classroom and a great website to use is www.sciencenewsforkids.org.  This website has lots of up to date information.

Sixth grade will be given the current event information on Monday, August 13th.  Their first current event will be due on Monday, August 27th. 

Please note:  Current events will not be accepted late!
