We have had an excellent start to our school year. We recently completed our first quarter. Many of our students are working very hard to achieve, and our teachers are working hard in preparing good lessons. Our athletic teams have done very well this fall. All of our sports teams have advance to regional and state playoffs. On Friday, November 12th, Jesse C. Carson High School will host its first football playoff. Our Cougars will play Hickory High School.
Our band program under the direction of Mr. Street is doing amazing work. The theater kids are producing A View from the Prairie this weekend. It will be amazing.
