Monday: Assigned Article: "This Sauce is Hot!" Students will complete the compare and contrast graphic organizer. Students will complete the 5 steps in Achieve 3000. 

Tuesday: Reword Kahoot (Whole Class)-Students will compete in a game of reword Kahoot using their Chromebooks. Human Sentence (groups) - Students will get various prompts and sentences. Students will have to rearrange themselves to “restate”. Introduction to Essay- Students will be introduced to the compare and contrast writing prompt. Students will have to RESTATE the prompt

Wednesday: Visual Literacy: Edpuzzle – Close read practice. K.W.L Chart- Students will answer several guiding questions as they close read the Ravine.

Thursday: Courtroom- Students will learn the importance of citing evidence and how to cite evidence.Who Pushed Butchie? (ISN)

Friday: Courtroom- Students will learn how to explain their answer by tying to other their answer and evidence. Students will complete essay on Canvas. Must include character type in essay. Students will complete any incomplete work
