Good Morning Social Studies Students,

I hope everyone has been practicing "Social Distancing" to help "Flatten the Curve" - and that you are staying safe and healthy - that's the most important thing we can all be doing at this moment in time. I know lot's of teachers (most of them much younger than me) have been posting videos saying a few words to you - not in the cards for me, however I do want to say how much I miss you and everyone at school. Sometimes you don't realize how much a part of your life Lynch is until something like this takes it away !

As of this point the school district is asking us to post "resources" for you to pick and choose for your studies - so each day/week you can visit the "Blog - Links - Download" tabs on my website to take a look at the many topics in 7th grade American History you can study and review.

If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact me using the "contact Mr. Peters link at the top of the main page of our website or the GASD email: [email protected]

None of the "resources" need to be emailed to me to be handed in for grading - at this point that is the District's policy - that may change in the future but as for now that is the guidance we have received.

Today's "resource" post is a trip to Plimouth Plantation - click the link and watch the 4 videos provided:

The American Nation textbook chapter section that goes along with the "Pilgrims" topic can be found in the "Downloads" link. If you so choose, you could attempt questions 1(c), 1(d), 2(g), 2(h), 2(i), 5, and 6. Good luck.

Take care,

Mr. P
