Reading: Read every night for 15 mins. Do one journal entry. Practice reading your sight words as part of your daily reading time. Make flashcards for the sight words of the week and practice reading them every night.

Math: Do math assignments on Double-digit Addition and Subtraction.
Language: Do assignments on "S" Blends.
P.S. Remember that on Friday, December 10th the items for the gingerbread houses are due. Every student needs to bring a box of graham crackers with NO CINNAMON and the items requested on the newsletter that was sent home with your child's homework last week. Items requested _______________. We will begin our gingerbread house project on Monday, December 13th. Make sure your child is at school so that he/she won't miss out on this fun activity. Thank you for your support! Also on Friday, December 17th our classroom will having the book gift exchange, make sure your child brings it in no later than Wednesday, December 15th. Your child may bring cookies, cupcakes, drinks, chips, etc. to share with the class. Remember to send enough for 35 students. Thank you, Mrs. Chavez
