SCIENCE FAIR:
For the science fair, students will be receiving information about their science fair projects on Monday. They should also have decided on a topic question that they will investigate.
The information will be given out in stages, as the student will be expected to turn in materials in stages. Log books (Composition notebooks used for procedures and observations) need to be purchased for use by Fri: 10/26
Log books should be completed by: 11/30
Written reports and Triboards will be due 12/18. Information on them will be handed out when the logbooks are due to be completed.
Monday:
Students will finish their Smiley children punnet squares, and learn their new song.
Tues:
Students will continue learning the song and complete performance tasks to show an understanding of the song lyrics.
Weds:
Students will learn about the random nature of genetics and how punnett squares can help predict these possible offspring.
Thurs:
Students will review genetics with some stations work and start workbook pages
Fri: Students will be quizzed on their chapter 4 and complete workbook pages.
