This week in science!
7th Grade:
We will be finishing up our notes and videos on all of Earth's Biomes. We will be completing a brochure and quizzing at the end of the week. There will be a project coming up, but not till next week.
9th Grade:
We will finish practicing heat change and heat exchange math problems. We will move on to phase change diagrams, and then reviewing for the next week and a half!
7th Grade:

7th Grade will continue delving into biomes and complete their CNN News Report and a flyer on 3 major biomes.
8th Grade will continue work on energy forms and start delving into heat. Students will be completing assignments throughout the week.

This Week in Science!
7th Grade will complete their food webs and complete energy pyramids. They will be taking a quiz on Tuesday and a test on Fri. I will have a study guide for them on Weds.
8th grade will finish up Newton's 3 Laws with a group presentation. Then, they will move on to simple machines and work. They will have homework on gravity and newton's 2nd law that will be due Friday. Many students have missing assignments. Please be sure your child knows that they are required to complete all their assignments and if they need help, they can come on Thursdays or Mondays for tutoring.
