Dear Parents,

This week, students will be learning different things about balls such as the differences between hollow, solid, heavy, light, and different textured balls. I encourage you to reinforce these skills at home by asking them to identify and differentiate balls or round objects of their choice. In addition, we have been learning about the letter Bb. Students have worked hard in class by identifying its sound and words around the room that contain the letter Bb. I encourage you to have your child identify the letter Bb as well as its sound at home by using books, magazines, cereal boxes, etc. Your child may bring in their favorite ball to show and tell the class about it.
I would like to thank you for your support and donations in helping to raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. All donations are greatly appreciated.
