Dear parents,
May is here and so is Spring. The children are all very excited to see the changing season and the warmer weather. This month we will work on the life cycle of plants and animals. We will also incorporate the ball study with our learning. We are planting, observing plants growing and identifying parts of a flower. Next week will will countinue the life cycle study will live caterpillars. Students will be given the opportunity to see the process of a egg to caterpillar to crysalis to butterfly. Once the butterflies are at their final stage we will release them in the school play yard.
During this month we will also work on letter sounds, counting and comparing, positional words and sequence stages.
