This week we will be introduced to various types of renewable, alternate energy sources in preparation for writing an essay, to highlight the pros and cons of using this energy form to replace or supplement our dependence on fossil fuels. The cadets will research, in class, one energy form of their chosing. Their essay is due on October, 9th (Tuesday) and is worth 100 summative points. We will continue our study of forces, by calculating safe stopping distances and use car crashes to demonstrate and reinforce Newton's laws of motion.
