We will start the week with a summative evaluation, to complete our pre-chemistry unit. The remainder of the week will be spent studying the periodic table, and how it is ordered by groups and families with common properties. We will prepare for the 2nd summative of this marking period, a project involving making a Bohr model of an element from the table, by learning the structure of an atom and showing it using a model.
