Happy Monday!
Here are a couple of reminders for this week:
- USATestprep Government Assignments are due March 31. Students were given a month to complete the 14 assignments.
- Make sure that your child is studying! They can utilize Quizlet and other online resources such as GPB.org to study in an interactive and engaging way.
- This is what we will be discussing for this week:
Monday:
- We were learning about Maynard Jackson, Andrew Young, and Jimmy Carter. Students made a word cloud about what they learned about Jimmy Carter.
- **Homework: Work on USATestprep
Tuesday:
- We will be learning about the economy of Georgia dealing with the film industry, trade, and tourism! Students will be able to make their own Tour of Georgia video!
- **Homework: Work on USATestprep
Wednesday:
- We are going to be learing about personal finance! Students will be going through a life simulation where they are given an occupation, income, and they will have to budget their money with real life expenses. I believe that they students will enjoy this!

Thursday and Friday:
- We will begin reviewing all of the Georgia Studies standards for the GMAS!!
