1. Three consecutive integers are such that the sum of the first and the product of the other two is 34. There are two different sets of integer solutions to this problem. Find both sets.
2. Mr. Turner wants to increase the area of his 14ft by 10ft garden by adding an equal amount to each dimension. He wishes to increase the area by 75%. How much should he add to each dimension in order to accomplish this? Let x represent the number of feet to be added to the length and width.

3. A cylinder whose diameter is 30cm and height is 12cm is dilated by the scale factor of two. What is the ratio of the original volume to the new volume? Leave in terms of pi.
4. A rectangular prism whose dimensions are 10in x 24in x 4in is dilated by the scale factor of 1.5. What is the difference in the original surface area and the new surface area? DO NOT ROUND OFF!!
