New Library Cards with Q2 AR goals have also been issued to students.
The end of the first quarter & Parent / Teacher Conferences are coming up the 2nd week of October. Conferences will be conducted for all students from 4 - 6 PM on Wed, Oct the 12th and from 12:30 - 6 PM on Thurs, Oct the 13th. The 6th grade conferences are by appointment only & an appointment sign-up sheet is included under the files tab of this website. For 7/8th grade no appointments are necessary as this is a drop-in student-lead conference. Teachers will be available to meet with you when you come. The information sheet for these conferences (available in 3 languages) is also attached under the Files tab. We will be handing out a hard copy of the quarter report card as well as individual PARCC results from last Spring. This is an important time to check-in to see how your student is progressing.

We would like to introduce you to our MS Schoolnotes page. We will be attaching missing homework reports, school calendar information, Parent / Teacher Conferences, Honor Roll, and middle school announcements through this page throughout the year. We will be sending our frequent e-mails to families to check the page as things are updated or changed. You do not need a special login for this page, but you will need one to be able to access information on Infinite Campus. Please check with the secretary in the front office for directions. You may also download the App for your Smartphone to make accessing information quicker & easier. We have a great team of staff here waiting to assist you & help your child succeed. Make use of our array of communication tools to expedite that help. Let's have a great year together!
The latest 6-8th grade Honor Roll listed has been posted to the files tab. Congratulations to all the hard-working students who made the list this quarter.
State testing for the 6-8th grade begins on Monday the 4th of April. Please try to have your student here everyday and have then eat a nutritious breakfast each morning so they will be fresh and energetic as they test.
Girls soccer and Co-Ed track have begun, so don't forget to come out & support your teams!
Friday, March 11th is the last day of quarter 3. Report Cards will not be printed out this quarter, but final grades can be viewed from the Parent Portal of Infinite Campus beginning, Monday, March 14th. If you have any questions at that time about your student's grade, please contact that specific teacher with your inquiry.
PARCC & CMAS testing will begin for middle school students the first week of April. ELA testing will be April 4-6th; Math testing will be April 11-13. CMAS testing will occur April 18-20. Make-up testing will happen on Thurs / Fri of those same weeks and the last week of April. With all testing to be completed by April 29th.
