Fox TV is running a remake of an older series entitled "Cosmos." This is a fantastic opportunity for you to get some science in your life outside of school! The series looks at the creation of Earth and beyond! I will be offering some extra credit to those who complete the following: If you watch an episode, summarize it, (maybe identify one new cool thing that you learned) and have it signed and dated by a parent, you will be awarded with extra credit points and you will be awarded some additional science knowledge! Don't forget to spring forward Saturday evening, enjoy your warm weekend, be safe, and I will see you all on Monday!

Sixth Grade - Please study for your first chapter quiz rescheduled for Tuesday February 18, 2014 due to the snow day today. Anything in chapter 1 on Plate Tectonics for the book Inside Earth is applicable. Please look over the end of chapter review, key concepts and questions. Also look over all guided readings and section assessments.
MOD 1 - Your quiz is 17 questions mostly multiple choice, true/false and fill in the blank with a word bank.
MOD 2 - Your quiz is 20 questions mostly multiple choice, fill in the blank, and true/false
Seventh Grade – Please study for your Human Biology and Health unit exam! Every section in the book that we have covered is applicable. Please review key concepts, guided readings, end of chapter reviews and section assessments. In particular, be sure you are able to analyze and conclude information that may be referring to diagrams/charts. Please e-mail me if you have any additional questions and I will try to get back to you as soon as possible!
