Woke up at 3:00 this morning to get ready to head to the school.  Students will arrive at 5:15AM and we'll leave shortly thereafter.  Very excited about getting ready to go.  Sitting here at Carson and it's 4:15AM, got here about 30 minutes ago.  Just want to make sure that I have everything that we could possibly need including my sanity.  Carson High School is so peaceful this early.  Okay, a little spooky, but pretty nice.  Putting on some calming music and finishing up the last details to the trip.

We are just a few days away from our historic trip to Washington DC!  I am very excited about this opportunity for our students as they will be participating in one of the largest parades in the United States on Memorial Day!  Can't wait to get going!
