Reading: read every night for 20 mins. Do two reading journal entries. Read dolch, memory and pattern words every night. Read the book sent home every night.
Writing: Write a Valentine's Day story using as many memory, pattern and dolch words. Circle the nouns, underline the verbs and put a box around the adjectives.
Math: Do math assignments. 1st grade: What would you rather be? and Fish lengths and animal jumps.
2nd grade: stickers, number strings, and story problems.
Memory Words:

Pattern Words:

*Be careful! These soft "g" words have a silent "d"!
