I hope everyone had a great weekend, and students you’re rested up and ready for another great week at the “Best Middle School in the World”. Parents thank you for all that you do and being an active participant in your child’s education.
Parents and students the week has finally arrived. Students will begin GMAS testing this week, so please ensure you get enough sleep and eat a good and healthy breakfast.
This week in ELA we will wrap up our student teach student projects.
We will also review writing strategies and review expository and argumentative text and essay examples
This week test dates
Wednesday April 8, 2015-ELA GMAS test
Friday April 10, 2015- writing portion of the GMAS
6th and 7th grade Homework
Study your GMAS vocabulary booklet and study all documents given to you regarding writing.
Students please make sure you are doing your classwork and homework on a daily basis to ensure we are ready to exceed the standards on the new GMAS test this week.


Remember – CCGPS, CCRPI, and GMAS

Remember reading is fundamental- It expands your vocabulary, and it is a known fact it raises your IQ level, so READ, READ, READ!!!!!!
