"Oh Christmas tree, oh Christmas tree, you bring us joy and cheer.

Oh Christmas tree, oh Christmas tree, what will you be this year? Will you be a big tree, a small tree, a wide tree, a skinny tree, or maybe eight feet tall or more?

Will you be a real tree, a fake tree, a green or white or purple tree? I hope that you will fit through our door. It doesn't have to look like Rockefeller Center, if it comes from your heart then it couldn't look better. Oh Christmas tree, what will you be this year?

Will you be a blue spruce, a white pine, a fraser or balsam, the kind where all the needles fall off? Will you be a bright tree with tinsel, a star or an angel, with lights that can blink on and off?

It doesn\'t have to look like Rockefeller Center, if it comes from your heart then it couldn't look better. Oh Christmas tree, what will you be this year?

It doesn\'t matter if it's artificial or grown. It's the best because it's in your home. Oh Christmas tree, what will you be....

Oh Christmas tree, oh Christmas tree, you bring us joy and cheer. Oh Christmas tree, oh Christmas tree, what will you be this year?
