1) Next Current Events due May 9!!

Enjoy your April Vacation. Now that the weather is warming up there are lots of outdoor activities to be enjoyed for little to no cost. Please take some time as a family to spend together and enjoy the great out doors. The Blue Hills, Borderland State Park, and the Sheep Pasture are a few places really close by. Below is a link to MA State Parks and different activities they offer during the month of April.

Today we used the floor map of South America. Ask your child about the experience and what they can recall about the geography of the continent.

WORLD GEOGRAPHY
1) Presentations for Brochure Project start Monday. They will continue over a 3-4 day period. Use check list as a guide for what needs to discussed during the 3-5 minute presentation.

2) East Asia (ch.14) vocabulary, maps, and physical features quiz Tuesday.

--If we should not meet Monday the quiz is still on Tuesday and presentations will start after quiz is finished!!

3) Current Events is due April 11.

*Make sure you are wearing clean socks on Tuesday, March 29. We have a wonderful opportunity thanks to SEMAGNET to use a National Geographic large floor map (26x35 ft)of South America.

**April 1 is spring picture day.
