Dear Kindergarten Parents,

Monday we will be celebrating Halloween. We will trick or treat in the older grade classrooms, we will sing songs and poems with Pre-K and then have a party in the gym. Hope you can join us!

On Tuesday, All Saints Day, Kindergarten will be reading the petitions for the school mass in the gym and presenting the gifts.
Some very nice eighth grade girls are helping us.

In ELA and Social Studies we will study about the Pilgrims and the Native American Indians and we will learn about the first Thanksgiving.

In Math, we are writing and counting the numbers 6, 7, 8 and 9.

Happy Halloween!

Our Religion chapter this week is about the liturgical calendar and the different seasons in the church.

Science will be about the life cycle of a pumpkin.

Social Studies will be about autumn and The Legend of Sleepy Hallow.

And of course our class trip will be on Thursday!
