2.  What is the Circuit Court?  It is the Trial court

3.  Wsmall 1st hat kinds of cases are heard in Magistrate Court?  Misdemeanors

4.  What kind of cases are heard in Family Court?   Cases of divorce, child custody and such

5. What kind of cases are heard in teen court?  small first time offenses of teens, not all counties have a teen court.
