This week we will begin GMAS testing. Wed. thru Friday students will begin ELA testing. Please ensure that your child is using notes and previous assignments to prepare for GMAS Testing. Math tutorials has been cancelled this week.

Week of March 28 - April 1
Hello Parents and Students,
This week we are reviewing all standards to prepare for the Georgia Milestone Assessment that will begin April 6th. All students will begin testing all subjects on the date listed up until the 21st. Please ensure that your child is making an effort to prepare for testing to rach for mastery on all domains. 6th Grade tutorial has been cancelled this week, due to a mandatory meeting for all faculty and staff members.
Homework may vary through the month of April and May.

Hello Parents and Students,
This week we are wrapping up our last unit and reviewing for GMAS testing. Please ensure that your child is studying for the test. Math tutorials will continue this week. Tuesdays will be 6th grade math tutorial and Wednesdays is for 8th grade. Spring break begins March 21-25.

Week of March 7 - 11
Hello Parents and Students,
This week we are reviewing for GMAS. Tuesday thru Friday we will go through a mock testing to run the channels for standardized testing. Math tutorials will resume this week from 4:01 - 5:01 p.m. Tuesdays will be 6th grade tutorial and Wednesdays are for 8th grade.

Week of Feb. 29 - March 4
Hello Parents and Students,
We are wrapping up Unit 6 in 6th grade. We will begin Unit 7 (Numbers and Their Opposites) on Wednesday. 8th Grade will continue Unit 7 (Solving Systems of Equations). Math tutoring will continue this week. Tuesdays are for my 6th grade students and Wednesdays for 8th grade. I encourage you to talk to your child to participate in after school and Saturday School tutoring. It will give them the extra assistance needed and one on one direction with difficult skills.
