Week of March 13 - 17
Hello Parents and Students,
This week we are in GMAS Mock testing. Mock testing is a practice of transitioning to and from our testing homerooms and testing sites within the building. We will continue to review for GMAS testing. Students w be given a study guide to keep students actively reviewing for testing.
We have Literacy Night on Tuesday, March 14th at 6:30p.m. Dinner will be served.

Week of March 6 - 10
Hello Parents and Students,
This week we will began studying Magnetism. Students will be given a packet on Electricity and Magnetism, which will be due on Friday, March 10th. We are getting closer to GMAS, so please make sure that your child is reviewing material that has been taught previously. Tutorials are still held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays of every week from 4:05 to 5:05. Please make sure your child is picked no later than 5:10, due to other obligations that I may have.

Week of Feb. 27 - March 3
Hello Parents and Students,
We are continuing our study this week on Electricity. Students will receive another packet this week on Electric Circuits for homework. Tutorials are weekly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 4:05 to 5:05. If any student is having any difficulty in class or needs to make up any assignments, these days are allotted for that purpose. Encourage your child to take advantage of these tutorials, because the end of the 3rd 9 weeks is fast approaching.

Week of Feb. 20- 24
Hello Parents and Students,
This week we are wrapping up Unit 1 (Matter). We will review Matter on Tuesday. Wednesday we will complete a quiz on Matter. Thursday, we will begin Forces of Nature (Unit 5. Science tutorial will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday from 4:05 to 5:05. Please be on time to pick up your child by 5:05
Homework: Elements, Compounds, and Elements, Chemical/Physical Properties Packet will be given Tuesday. They will be due Friday, Feb. 24.

Week of Feb. 6 -10
Hello Parents and Students,
This week we are continuing with our study of Matter. Students will receive a new packet this week on Periodic Table. There will be a quiz given on Wednesday, over states of matter, phases of matter, elements from the periodic table, physical and chemical changes. The packet is due Friday, Feb. 10th. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Tutorial is still held on Tuesdays from 4 to 5 pm. Please have your child picked up no later than 5:05, due to other obligations.
