Updates:   Afterschool time Tuesday.  Also, prepare for assessments Thursday-Friday.

Earth Overhaul, Nat Geo - Essential Questions in Class:

  1. Are climate change solutions realistic?
  2. Do you think we can solve the problem without participation of people or just an invention?
  3. Do you think people will stop trying if they think there is an invention?
  4. Which solutions do you find most intriguing?

STEM fair is less than 6 weeks away!  Thursday, March 9 is the big day!

Many students have begun their experiementation, but if they haven't they should be very soon!

Please continue with data collection and results through Feb 17 - that's 3 weeks from today!  Students have mapped out their plan and scheduled tasks with their partners.  Any families planning to go away need to make sure students are communicating with partners about how to help with the workload.

Also, if you need to see more of An Inconvenient Truth, you can find small segments on YouTube for free but have to pay to rent the whole thing online :(
