Dear Parents,
I'm taking this opportunity to let you know that I will be having lunch/recess tutoring for my sixth grade homeroom in all subjects. we will be meeting twice a week ,every other week. The reason it will be every other week is that I have lunch duty every other week. we will begin them next Monday at 11:35-12:20. I will work out the particulars and let you as soon as I have discussed it with Mr. Klice.
If it is approved, I may need the consent from the parents. I'm not quite sure yet.

Good evening parents!
I've had the pleasure to have met or spoke to some of you. My school notes is now up and running after some technological problems. I apologize for that!
I will be posting often on this site and will be listing homework , exams,, quizzes and upcoming notices that are pertinent.
Today, my sixth grade took a Social Studies quiz.
Tomorrow there will be a a Science quiz for 6th grade, chapters 1-2-3
and a Religion quiz for grade 6 on Friday on chapter 5.
There was a Social studies quiz for 7th grade today.
There is also a chapter exam on chapters 15-16 Unit for my eighth grade Social Studies class.
Progress reports went home today. Please sign and have the students return the yellow portion please.
Homework for 6th:Religion:Do unscramble sheet and study for quiz.
HW grade 6 science- Study for quiz using notes and text.
HW Social Studies grade 8- reread chps. 15& 16 and review all notes and handouts.
HW 7th grade- get quizzes signed and returned to me.
There is recess detention for 6th grade tomorrow with me. We shall study for upcoming quizzes during detention.
I give HW almost every night in all of my subjects and we will be having quizzes every week in all classes and unit exams and writing assignments frequently.

We have finished our first week and we have accomplished much work. There will be a Religion Exam on Monday,Oct.3,2016 on chapters 1-4. Please make sure that your student reviews these chapters. I have assigned homework last week. Please make sure that your child completes all of the homework assignments for it does count as 10% of their grade. Also, please sign all tests and quizzes and return them to school.I will be having a meet and greet as soon as we can come up with a time that is conducive for all.An introductory letter was sent home last week introducing myself to you, and included my credentials, experience and my philosophy on education. Parents, please remind your children that proper behavior is expected in my classroom. If a school rule is violated, there will be steps take to ensure that the behavior is not repeated. I do use lunch and after school detention. If I give after school detention, you will notified a couple of days ahead of time in writing or by a phone call from myself so that you will be able to make the proper adjustments to your schedules. Proper behavior is paramount to ensuring academic success! I appreciate that you relay this message to our students and I thank you for all of your assistance. Here's to a successful and Blessed school year!
