Welcome back parents and students,
This week is an extremely short week. Please send your students with supplies. We are in need of tissues, pencils, and notebook paper. We will continue our novel, While the World watched in the month of January. We will begin our new novel, Monster, in a few weeks. This novel will be a daily reading as it is a script based on the real life events of its main character.
We will also review our rules and routines as well as begin our writing process.
GMAS is just around the corner, let's begin our new year with greatness.
This week is short. Monday our students will be taking our ELA QBA2 for the 1st semester and on Tuesday we will be finishing our movie, Selma.
Parents,
This week we will review the context clues and punctuation as we continue to read our novel. We will also begin our reflection journal entries.
Well parents,
We just completed a relaxing Thanksgiving break and now we are rolling right into our novel and begin our projects. Our projects will be due December 14th. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Extra forms are located in the files section.
At the end of December we will be watching the film Selma, a permission slip will be going home on this coming week and must be returned. Students will not be allowed to participate if there is not a permission form signed.
Students should continue to work on their Achieve Articles and USA testprep activities assigned by their teachers.
Please have students sign up for tutorials after school.
