We are wrapping up Unit 2 Law of Conservation of Energy. This week are reviewing and completing Close and Purposeful Reading on Energy. Students need to ensure that are always previous taught material. Tutorials are held on Thursdays from 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. Please ensure that your child is picked up by 5:00, due to other obligations.

Week of Nov. 26 - 30
Welcome Back Students,
I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. We are continuing to study Unit 2 (Energy and Energy Transformation). Students were given a study guide to complete and study over the break. The study guide is worth 2 grades. Science Fair Projects were due today and it counts as 3 grades. We have QBA 2 coming up and in December and it is counted on the 2nd 9weeks. Please ensure that students are preparing for this test. Tutorials are held on Thursdays from 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. Please make sure that your child is picked up by 5:00, due to other obligations.

Week of Nov. 5 - 9
Hello Parents and Students,
This week we are beginning to study Unit 2, Energy. This week we are studying potential and kinetic energy and energy transformation. Magnet students are required to complete a Science or Social Studies Fair Project (their choice). Science Fair Projects are due Monday. Nov, 26th. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!! School Science Fair will be held Wednesday Nov. 28th in the Media Center.Tutorial will be Thursday from 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. Please ensure that your child is picked up by 5:00 p.m., due to other obligations.

Hello Parents and Studentsm
This week we are reviewing Unit 1 (Structure of an Atom) standard and elements in small groups. Students are required to check out their ISN's (Interactive Student Notebook) to help prepare them for the Unit 1 Assessment.
If you child is a magnet student, please ensure that they are working digilently on their Science Fair Project. It is due Wednesday November 28th. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! The project is worth 3 grades.
