Happy December!
These next few weeks are going to fly by (hopefully), BUT THEY ARE SOME OF OUR MOST IMPORTANT as we are finishing up the course and really starting to put everything together that we've learned this semester.
Important dates: This Thursday 12/6 is our U2L2 vocab quiz and is the halfway point of the MP. Interims go out on Friday
Next week, Friday 12/14 will be our U2L2 test.
I will not be available after school this week for tutoring (unless you have previously made arrangements to make up work).
Please don't forget to utilize the practice quizzes and flashcards via the e-textbook to help you study!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving break. These next few weeks are very important, since there is not much time left in the MP after we return from winter break. Please be sure you are getting help if you need it and preparing for our remaining quizzes and tests. Let's finish strong!
This week we will continue our work with conjugating regular verbs. We will have a verb quiz on Friday 11/30. I am available after school Tuesday and Thursday this week for tutoring if anyone would like some extra practice.

I hope everyone enjoyed their long weekend. Thank you to our veterans for your service! This week we have our 1st test of the MP on Friday 11/16. I will be available for help after school on Wednesday and Thursday. The U2L1 test will focus on: U2L1 vocab list, tener que, expressions of frequency, time and conjugating AR verbs.

This is it! The marking period ends Wednesday. Any assignment currently listed as MI must be completed by 2:45 on Wednesday, October 31st. I am currently grading the two summative assignments from last week and will update HAC as soon as they are done. We have ONE last SUMMATIVE grade left. Wednesday (10/31) we will take a 50 point "quest" on our U1L2.5 vocab and related grammar from U1L2.
Midterm exams are Thursday and Friday of this week. As a reminder, midterm exams count at 10% of your FINAL grade (not the Marking Period grade). The Spanish midterm consists of 125 multiple choice questions. The best way to review is to utilize the vocab flashcards on the e-textbook as well as the practice quizzes and activities available.
I will be available after school on MONDAY AND TUESDAY this week for anyone who needs extra help or time to make up missing assignments/tests/quizzes.

Welcome to the last full week of the marking period! Thursday will be our last test. It is a summative grade worth 100 points. It will not be the last summative, but it is the largest. I am available for help after school on Monday and Tuesday this week. Please double check HAC to make sure you do not have any assignments listed as MI. The last day to complete any MI assignment is Wednesday, October 31st. On Friday and next week we will complete a mini Unit U1L2.5 and will have a "quest" The best way to prepare is to review your notes and utilize the e-textbook flashcards and practice.
